2. User Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information
When you apply for an e-Visa through our platform, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your passport details, travel dates, and personal information match your official documents. Migraciony Soluciones will not be held liable for any visa rejections, boarding denials, or travel delays resulting from incorrect information provided by the applicant.
3. Processing Fees and Payments
The total fee charged on our website includes the official government fee (which includes mandatory travel health insurance) and our professional service fee. Our service fee covers expert document review, customer support, and the handling of your application. All payments must be made in full before we begin processing your application. We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to process your transactions safely.
4. Strict Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is strictly enforced to protect the operational integrity of our platform:
Before Submission
If you request to cancel your application before our experts have reviewed and submitted your data to the government, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, minus any administrative fees.
After Submission (No Refund)
Once your application has been submitted to the Saudi Arabia immigration authorities, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Visa Rejections (No Refund)
The decision to approve or deny an e-Visa rests solely with the Government of Saudi Arabia. If your application is rejected, delayed, or if you are denied entry at the border, Migraciony Soluciones will not issue a refund, as our service (document processing and submission) has already been fully rendered.
5. Processing Times
While we strive to process all applications as quickly as possible, any processing times indicated on our website are estimates based on standard government turnaround times. We are not responsible for delays caused by government system outages, public holidays, or requests for additional documentation by immigration officials.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Migraciony Soluciones and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, the delay or denial of your e-Visa, or your inability to travel.
